HR Manager I

We are hiring an HR Manager who embodies our values ​​of caring, courage, collaboration and commitment. As our next HR Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our team at the plant in Campos dos Goytacazes-RJ.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the application of HR policies across the company in accordance with global guidelines
• Coordinate and manage HR matters, including recruitment and selection, performance management, training and development, salaries and benefits
• Coordinate relations with employees, ensuring through policies and procedures the maintenance of a healthy and motivating environment
• Provide employees with an adequate level of services, including consultancy and counseling for new hires and expatriates
• Support company managers in people management through guidance, tips and feedback
• Monitor labor legislation and ensure its correct application and understanding by the company, aiming to contribute to minimizing legal-labor disputes
• Coordinate the company's internal communication channels

 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology and/or related areas
• Postgraduate degree in People Management, People Development, Organizational Psychology, preferred
• Advanced English
• Knowledge of all Human Resources processes and subsystems
• Knowledge of labor legislation
• Intermediate Microsoft Office package
• Have worked in companies with ISO standards
• Intermediate Spanish preferred
