We are seeking an International Trade Supervisor to join our team. You will be responsible for planning and executing logistics operations of transportation, storage and movement of inputs and finished products.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prospect Logistics Service Providers such as: Port Terminals, Bonded Warehouses, National and International Transport Operators, Freight and Service Quotations (Domestic / External Market)
  • Logistic Performance Indicators KPI Control Management
  •  Control logistics costs
  • Monitor and control of transport movements, modal contracting (Road, Maritime, Air and Rail)
  • Review and approve logistics services invoices
  • Place national and international freight orders
  • Manage control of stays and product losses
  • Generate reports
  • Create loading orders
  • Logistics controls in ERP
  • Shipment planning
  • Control warehousing activities and logistic loading of production.

 

REQUIREMENTS
 

  • Prior logistic transportation management experience, required
  • ERP Knowledge
  • Import / export procedures experience. Must have knowledge of the procedures and operations of the different stages of the import and export process.
  • Knowledge in the various logistics modes, freight market monitoring, office package domain.
  • National and International Logistics experience is required.
  • Experience with the customs clearance process.
  • Familiarity with computer tools.
  • Knowledge in database spreadsheets, text editors and dynamic presentations.
  • Analytical ability and critical vision.
  • Good communication and teamwork.
  • Fluent English required and Spanish is desired.
