We are now looking for a Global Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to play a key role in this exciting journey. In this strategic and hands-on role, you’ll be an integral part of our dynamic Global HR team, helping to shape and drive the development of our talent across all levels of the organization. You’ll report to the Senior Director of Talent Management & Leadership, working cross-functionally to create a culture of continuous learning, growth, and leadership excellence.

 

 

Your Impact

As Global Learning & Development Manager, you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative learning experiences that build capability, unlock potential, and support our people and leadership development ambitions globally. You’ll co-create and execute a forward-looking L&D strategy aligned with our transformation agenda and business priorities.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-develop and implement a global learning & development strategy aligned with Corbion’s strategic goals and people priorities.
  • Partner with business leaders, HRBPs, and subject matter experts to assess capability gaps and development needs across functions and geographies.
  • Design and deliver impactful learning programs, leadership development initiatives, and scalable learning experiences at global, regional, and local levels.
  • Leverage digital learning technologies, including our Learning Management System (LMS), to provide innovative, accessible, and measurable learning solutions.
  • Select and manage relationships with external partners, consultants, and vendors to complement internal capabilities.
  • Define and measure learning effectiveness through robust feedback loops, data, and analytics to continuously improve impact and engagement.
  • Stay current with L&D best practices, emerging trends, and technologies to ensure Corbion remains a learning organization at the forefront of talent development.
  • Manage budgets effectively and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
 

 

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 8–10 years of progressive L&D experience, including leadership development, in complex and global environments.
  • A proven track record of co-developing and executing global learning strategies and programs.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to influence across all levels.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation in learning approaches, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to strategize in the morning and implement in the afternoon—a true hands-on leader and team player.

 

Preferred Qualifications

 
  • L&D or HR certifications (e.g., CPTD, SHRM-SCP, ATD).
  • Experience working in a multinational, matrixed organization.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills to track ROI and drive insights.
