Digital Project Manager

As a Digital Project Manager, you will work with various teams across our organization to coordinate digital tool/application delivery efforts.  You will be  accountable for the successful delivery of digital projects. You will lead, manage, and deliver multiple projects ensuring they are on time and budget. Using waterfall or agile methods and working in close cooperation with the IT Delivery Lead,  you will ensure that projects are well setup, governed and collaborative in nature, from the start to ensure desired outcome.

You will lead a project team ensuring best practices are met and team members are empowered, where needed to ensure the successful delivery of all projects. You will be a champion of all internal (functional) and external stakeholder management (including Vendors) providing updates on timelines, budget constraints (if any), project planning, and closure of deliverables. This role may include, but is not limited to, project status and change request reporting, maintenance of project plans, issue identification and resolution management, risk mitigation and resource management. 

Responsibilities:

• Build project roadmap and milestones beginning to end within the allotted scope, time, and budget- in collaboration with the Digital Program Team (DPT).
• Develop, monitor and update the project plan and budget.
• Ensure specific project phases including scoping, design, build, testing and deployment are properly resourced – in collaboration with the IT Delivery lead.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope.
• Set-up an appropriate team and meeting structure (including a f2f kick-off) to ensure delivery
• Display proactive willingness to learn and understand software and the mechanics of their implementation and deployment.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, issue logs, action item registers, and presentations, as required.
• Develop relationships with business leads and the Digital Functional Lead within the primary business for which the project is being built. 
• Contribute to further best practices and tools for project execution and management.
• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
• Coach, motivate, mentor and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take proactive action and accountability for their assigned work.
• Ensure an After-Action review (AAR) is being set-up after project closure.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Digital/IT project manager in a complex, matrix organization environment
• 4+ years of experience in stakeholder management/business analysis.
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or Management, preferred
• PMP certified or working towards certification, is a plus
• Experience using agile methodology/SCRUM master
• Ability to cut through organizational dynamics to get work done
• Collaborative leadership style
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to problem solve and think on your feet with minimal supervision.
• Experience managing software delivery projects and connections with IT, Procurement, Legal, stakeholders, users, vendors, etc.
• Excellent time management, organization, and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with CRM, PIM, etc. in the role of Project Manager
• Global experience
• Travel up to 35%, both domestic and international
