Senior Technical Service Representative

Corbion is seeking a Sr. Technical Service Representative to work with our team of Key Account Managers to support customers in solving bakery operational problems, specifically in breads, buns, sweet goods, cakes, and icings related to the use of Corbion products and in testing new products. The qualified candidate will have previous bakery operations experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide business insights and identify/develop new sales opportunities through testing.
- Execute customer account plans.
- Collaborate and communicate with client’s management team and Key Account team members.
- Assist Corbion's RDA on testing and development of new technologies.
- Serve on internal customer teams to collaborate on risk and opportunities.
- Review procedures and processes in client facilities providing technical solutions to existing problems.
- Participate in plant start-ups that often require two weeks of continuous travel.
Qualifications
- AIB Graduate or Industry experience equivalent.
- Baking experience with an operations background in large wholesale industrial bakeries.
- Working knowledge of ingredient functionality and fully automated baking processes, to include sweet goods, breads, rolls.
- Excellent process problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Proven success developing and conducting seminars and training programs.
- Ability to travel extensively, both domestically 75% and internationally occasionally.
- Possess and maintain a current state issued driver's license.
- Bilingual, preferred.
