The Supply Chain Analyst will have a primary role of managing demand and supply planning aspects of our business in addition to managing international supply of lactic acid.  This position will be based in Lenexa, Kansas office.




  • Collaborate with sales to create the forecast
  • Partner with the supply chain team to create production plans in the most efficient manner
  • Lead on all short and long term supply related concerns, such as managing through shortages, whether shifting orders to other locations or if allocation is needed
  • Managing  inventory health and proper inventory levels based on forecast, consumption, and warehouse requirements
  • Required to manage the supply chain to ensure we meet our OTIF goals, inventory KPIs, and create new supply chain processes to guarantee the success of our new manufacturing facility
  • Revise existing forecast/new forecast based on customer formulation changes or revised customer requests
  • Partner with the LAD Demand Planner and International Demand Planners to coordinate long lead time supply to meet customer needs




  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of supply chain experience, including inventory planning, demand planning and supply planning, required
  • Collaborative Skills to work cross functionally via influence and lead calls with others to obtain alignment
  • Analytical experience required
  • Excellent knowledge and experience with ERP systems,  OMP preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to multi-task and be highly organized
  • Must be an effective problem solver and takes ownership of problem and providing solutions
