This is a temporary position, initially for a six month period.

As our Customer Service Representative, you are the extension of our sales team. You form a tandem with our sales manager(s) and you develop and add value to the  relationships with our customers. You are devoted to managing and maintaining customer satisfaction, loyalty and profitability throughout the customer order process.


This position is based in Montmeló (Barcelona) and reports to the Customer Service Manager.




Processing and handling of orders, ensuring that supply to customers is best in class, efficient and with an accurate representation of the created order history within the area of responsibility assigned.


  • Preparing - Processing and handling of orders in EMEA
  • Coordinate with supply organization: efficient, hassle-free and profitable
  • Forecasting in collaboration with customers
  • Booking and confirming orders and monitor the order process
  • Coordination with logistics for shipping, monitor progress and ensure services
  • Timely and accurate invoicing
  • Archiving of all legal documentation related to orders.
  • Debit- and credit notes, RMA procedure for return of goods, Special requirements.
  • Inform customers proactively.
  • Accurate price in the system (all regular prices and all exceptions)
  • Accurately Create and maintain up-todate master data in ERP.
  • Handling of complaints and incidents: on-time opened and on-time closed, complaint handling speed and Quality of response, proactively inform customers and Sales on complaint and resolution progress.
  • Provide answers to customer questions and documentation requests or transfer them to approppriate person
  • Taking care of sample requests

  • Flagging forecast deviation requests to Sales Manager and Manager Customer Service
  • Coordinating  with Supply Management and Demand Planning forecast of assigned customers, Distributors and other accounts



We are looking for a proactive and sales oriented customer service professional who will go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction as well as profitability. 


  • Passion for building and maintaining customer relations and satisfaction
  • A BA degree in international commerce or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years experience in a customer facing role in a business to business environment
  • You speak and write Spanish and English on a professional level. Other languages such as French are a benefit.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is advantageous
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with SAP is highly beneficial
  • Must be able to multi-task and perform cross-functional duties successfully
  • Strong commercial skills and social abilities
  • You are currently based in the Barcelona area
