Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for shaping strong people strategies and creating impact in a dynamic manufacturing environment? At Purac (Thailand) Limited, a part of Corbion, we are looking for a skilled HR Advisor to join our growing team and play a critical role in driving HR excellence across the organization. This position reports directly to the Country HR Manager – Thailand.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead local resource planning to ensure people readiness through effective onboarding/offboarding, recruitment, and talent pipeline development.
  • Coordinate with local and regional recruiters to support hiring strategies.
  • Implement and monitor performance management, disciplinary processes, and reward proposals in line with company policy and global HR strategy.
  • Drive and support employee relations matters to ensure a positive and compliant work environment.
  • Deliver and coordinate employee engagement activities and experience programs, aligned with company culture and team morale.
  • Facilitate team building, workshops, and change initiatives for organizational effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with labor law, internal policies, and standards.
  • Promote the company as an employer of choice through internal and external branding.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Business Administration, Humanities, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or project environments.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law, HR tools, and performance systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Thai.
  • Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel
  • Experience in an HRIS system is required
