Process Operator / พนักงานปฏิบัติการผลิต

As a Process Operator at Corbion, you work in production process areas to achieve output targets within set safety & quality standards.

Responsibilities

Production Processes Control

• Monitor production process parameters at designated process areas to ensure that all parameters are complied with regulations, SOP and Instruction in order to achieve output targets.
• Give information to related person when problem occurred in process to ensure that the problem is solved in suitable time and prevent impact to other production process.
• Analyze and solve simple problem that may occur in production processes to prevent impact and maintain process parameters.
• Record process data and operation parameter to ensure that all information is correct and available.
• Keep production facilities and equipment to ensure these are in operational condition.
• Provide and transfer information to next crew to ensure that necessary information are communicated in an effective manner.

Participate in other related activities.

• Keep work area clean and dry in accordance with documented procedures and 5S standard.
• Participate in production support activities such as Skills Block training program, TPM to enhance skills in production processes control and ensure that production processes are run smoothly.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Technical professional preferably Chemical Engineering or Process Industry related.
• Minimum 2 years in field of Chemical or Petrochemical Industry.
• Knowledge of Chemical Process.
• Knowledge of safety awareness in Chemical Process.
• Able to communicate in English.

• Good skill of MS Office e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint

• Possessing set of functional abilities, i.e. Safety Awareness, Problem Solving, Compliance, and Communication

ปฏิบัติงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายในกระบวนการผลิตแล็คติค เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายเชิงคุณภาพและความปลอดภัยตามที่กำหนด

• ดูแล ปฏิบัติงานในกระบวนการผลิต ตามพื้นที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าการผลิตเป็นไปตามขั้นตอนที่กำหนดตามระบบคุณภาพ ได้ผลผลิตตามที่ตั้งเป้าหมายไว้ บนพื้นฐานความปลอดภัย
• ให้ข้อมูลแก่ผู้บังคับบัญชาหรือบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้อง เมื่อเกิดปัญหาในกระบวนการผลิตที่รับผิดชอบ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าปัญหาได้รับการแก้ไขทันเวลาและเหมาะสม
• วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการผลิต/เครื่องจักรในพื้นที่ความรับผิดชอบเบื้องต้น
• บันทึกข้อมูลการผลิตที่อยู่ภายใต้ความรับผิดชอบอย่างถูกต้องและเสร็จทันเวลา
• ดูแลรักษาเครื่องมือ อุปกรณ์ พื้นที่ทำงานให้อยู่ในสภาพเหมาะสมพร้อมใช้งาน
• เตรียม และส่งมอบข้อมูลให้กะที่รับงานต่ออย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• ร่วมทำกิจกรรมสนับสนุนการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ ผลิตภาพ ความปลอดภัย

คุณสมบัติเฉพาะตำแหน่งงาน (ประสบการณ์ ความรู้ ทักษะ)

• สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับ ปวส. ขึ้นไปในสาขาวิชาทางช่างเทคนิค
• ประสบการณ์การทำงานในกระบวนการผลิตเคมีหรือปิโตรเคมีอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
• มีพื้นฐานความรู้ทางด้านกระบวนการผลิตและความปลอดภัยในกระบวนการผลิตเคมี
• สามารถสื่อสารด้วยภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับพื้นฐาน
• มีทักษะในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรม MS Word, Excel.
• มีทัศนคติที่ดีทางด้านความปลอดภัย
• มีทักษะที่ดีการแก้ไขปัญหา การปฏิบัติงานตามขั้นตอน และการสื่อสาร
