This is a newly created position in the APAC sales office in Singapore. The Documentation and Registration Specialist will support the entire  APAC region and will cooperate and maintain strong relations with all departments within the  internal Corbion organization.


As the Documentation and Registration Specialist  you will assure Corbion's licenses to sell in the specific APAC countries as well as to assure customer’s need for documentation in relation to Corbion’s products and markets. You assure product compliance to import and sell into current and future markets and customers.




As Corbion's  Documentation and Registration specialist you take responsibility for checking regional import & registration compliance and you function as the central person with respect to documentation and registration for our sales organization as well as for the internal organization (e.g. product management, regulatory affairs, quality assurance).


  • Drafting, preparing, compiling, coordinating documentation to support registrations for our business partners and customers.
  • Staying abreast of the changing registration and customer requirements in relation to Corbion documentation.
  • Acting independently to anticipate needs, studying issues, identifying options, and offering compliance solutions.
  • Reviewing regulatory and compliance requirements, agency documents, and product profiles.
  • Reviewing and researching specific issues, requirements, and strategies to assist in development of the regulatory strategy and vision.




You have up-to-date knowledge of requirements and practices, complemented by superb organizational skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to move the process forward, while ensuring that deadlines and standards are met. In addition you meet the following criteria:


  • BSc or equivalent college degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacy or Food Science;
  • Experience with working in a global company and with audit/compliance systems is preferable
  • Strong ability to understand and interpret registration and documentation requirements;
  • Ability to work with cross functionally with colleagues and partners in foreign countries;
  • Excellent interpersonal communications with the ability to use tact and diplomacy;
  • Must be a self-motivated and accountable team player;
  • Excellent negotiation skills;
  • Strong organization skills;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Ability to travel (< 10%)
